Fonctionnement
Operator places filled can on the lifting platform; PLC raises the can into the seal head, draws vacuum, then floods the headspace with nitrogen until residual O2 <=3%. The can is held stationary while two seaming rollers (first-stage curl + second-stage tighten) revolve around the lid edge, rolling the lid hook into the can flange to form a hermetic double-seam. Stationary-can design protects fragile contents and avoids slosh in liquids. SIEMENS PLC sequences the cycle; SICK photoelectric and Panasonic proximity sensors confirm can presence and seam-roller engagement.
