Fonctionnement
Paper is fed into the folding section via vacuum-belt feeders; helical-gear cross-coupler transmission synchronizes the imported folding rollers. Sheets pass through up to four parallel buckle-fold stations followed by three knife-fold stations to produce booklet/leaflet folds. Servo-driven fold knives time their downstroke to the sheet edge (≤300 strokes/min). Photoelectric double-sheet and jam sensors stop the machine on faults; an automatic stack-height controller raises the delivery table as folded leaflets accumulate. Variable-frequency drive provides stepless speed up to 210 m/min with overload protection.
