Fonctionnement
Raw material paper fans are loaded into the paper fan channel and suctioned in; they are curled to form a paper tube. For single-PE laminated paper, the tube side seam is sealed by electric heat; for double-PE laminated paper, ultrasonic sealing is used. The cup bottom is cut, applied, and heat-pressed to form the complete paper cup. The single turnplate system completes all operations station by station. The auto oil lubrication system maintains smooth mechanical operation.
Processus de fonctionnement
