SED-75ZTB-N — Fully Automatic Double-Corner Labeler

Products are transported via the conveyor mechanism to the labeling station; the product sensor detects each product and the PLC drives the label feeding motor to dispense a label; the label sensor precisely controls where the label stops; the peel plate strips the label onto the labeling surface of the product; the corner mechanism wraps the label around the product corner. Two labeling heads operate simultaneously to apply labels at both corners in a single pass.
