Fonctionnement

Composed of chassis, lifting system, vibrating system, dedusting system, and speed-control system. On power-up, the operator adjusts speed; the tablet dedusting cylinder rotates, and tablets enter from manual feed or from the previous step (e.g., tablet press). Tablets travel uphill along the long dedusting path (7.5 m), being automatically turned and polished. After sieving, tablets flow out through the discharge outlet (which can connect to a metal detector; vacuum cleaner attaches for dust collection).

Quick-install (tool-free) connection structure for fast disassembly, installation, and cleaning. Non-metal parts: clean with neutral detergent, then rinse with water. Metal parts: clean with water or alcohol. After cleaning, allow parts to air-dry or wipe dry before reassembly. Do not apply alcohol directly to non-metal parts (especially the cylinder window), as it accelerates yellowing and cracking.
