Fonctionnement
Rotary tableting: granules are gravity-fed and force-fed into the dies of a rotating turret holding 51 sets of upper and lower punches. The punches follow upper and lower cam tracks; as they pass beneath the pre-compression roller and then the main-compression roller, they press simultaneously from above and below to compact the granules. Photo-electric dosing, force feedback (LAC pressure transducers), and INOVANCE servo-driven feeders close the loop on tablet weight and force.
