Fonctionnement
Iso-barometric (isobaric) filling: pressurized ring tank delivers carbonated liquid to filling valves at the same pressure as the bottle, preventing CO2 release. Bottles enter via air-channel conveyor, are gripped by neck-clamps at the rinser, transferred to the filler, and then to the capper, with photo-electronic sensors monitoring each handover and a Siemens PLC orchestrating the cycle.
