SED-70ZGT-U (Siemens config) star-wheel rotary syringe labeler — premium Siemens/Panasonic configuration of the rotary syringe labeler. Auto-applies wraparound labels with batch/date code printing and counts production.

Fonctionnement
Syringes are fed onto an indexed star wheel by a Hui Lin cam indexer driven by a Chao Gang 1.1 kW motor with Delta VFD. A SICK photo sensor confirms syringe presence at the label station. The label web (max OD 300 mm,ID 76 mm) is unwound by a Leadshine stepper (86CM85 + MA860C) past a Lion-Precision LRD2100 transparent-label-capable sensor. A Panasonic MHMJ082G1U servo (with MCDKT3520E driver) drives the peel-and-apply head; the label is dispensed onto the rotating syringe surface. A press belt smooths the label flat. Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC + 7" Siemens HMI coordinate timing,print date/lot,and increment the production counter. No-bottle event suppresses label feed.
