Fonctionnement
Coated paper roll is unwound and tensioned. Embossing rollers crimp lid sidewall pleats into the web. A die cuts blanks and a feeder places them into a heated mold. Hot air preheats the coating to fusing temperature; the mold presses the blank into lid shape, locking the sidewall pleat (creating a waterproof seal lasting several seconds). Finished lids are discharged automatically. Servo motors ensure accurate, repeatable forming; PLC + touchscreen enables single-operator control.
