Fonctionnement
Roll film is unwound and pulled by a Siemens servo motor at 0.5 mm draw accuracy. Panasonic/SICK/Keyence photo-eye color-mark sensors lock film stop position for precise cut. Parallel cam-indexed transfer carries bags through bottom seal, longitudinal seal (bag size adjustable via scale without disassembly), vacuum/air bag opening, dual metal-sheet open-bag detection, filling, heat sealing (temperature-adjustable, customizable seal patterns, cleanable without disassembly), cold-press shaping, and inkjet date/batch coding. Failed open-bag events suppress fill and seal; film is recycled.
