Fonctionnement
Hanbell semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor (5:6 male-female rotor ratio, Y-Δ start) compresses R-22 refrigerant. High-pressure gas condenses in the copper-finned air-cooled condenser (63,500 m³/h fan airflow). Liquid passes through externally equalized thermostatic expansion valve and evaporates in the shell-and-tube evaporator, cooling chilled water from 12°C inlet to 7°C outlet. Four-step capacity control (0/33/66/100%) modulates load for partial-load efficiency.

1Hanbell semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor (5:6 male-female rotor ratio, Y-Δ start) compresses R-22 refrigerant.
