Fonctionnement

Bag with product is placed on the SS304 platen with the bag mouth across the heating strips. The lid closes and the rotary vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to 0.06–0.08 MPa over 20–30 s. Once vacuum is reached, the heating strips energize for ~2 s (longer for thicker bags) to fuse the bag mouth. After ≥3 s natural cooling the chamber air-release valve (Φ25) opens, the lid lifts, and the operator removes the sealed bag. Cycle repeats 2–6 times per minute. Vacuum oil (HF-6) change recommended after every 800 hours of operation.
