Fonctionnement

Operator pours bottle caps into the bin elevator hopper. A photo-sensor inside the vibration bowl monitors fill level — when level drops, the bin elevator (2100 mm lift) auto-conveys caps to the bowl; when full, it pauses. Inside the bowl, electromagnetic vibration drives caps up a spiral track; orienting features along the track flip and reject misoriented caps so only mouth-down caps exit, ready for downstream feeding into a capping machine.
