Fonctionnement
Wet mixed powder is loaded into the hopper (max 2/3 fill). Two rollers swing back and forth (360° sway) inside a sealed crushing chamber. As the rollers oscillate, they extrude the wet mass through the surrounding sieve mesh (clamped via screen-clamp pipe with hand-wheel tension adjustment) and form uniform granules below. For dry crushing, blocky material is fed into the five-angle hob; the rollers grate it and force fragments through the same sieve. Particle size is set by selecting the appropriate sieve aperture.
