Fonctionnement
Multiple roll materials (medicated core film, non-woven backing, release film) feed simultaneously from magnetic-powder-brake-controlled unwinders. Servo-driven feed stations advance each web in registered phase under Fatek PLC motion control, with real-time automatic phase adjustment. A high-speed steel rotary die punches each patch shape (with optional magnetic insert and core lamination). Waste film rewinds to magnetic-powder-clutch-controlled rewinders. Finished patches are stripped onto a conveyor where output and finished-product counts are tallied. The PLC monitors all stations; missing material or abnormal status triggers automatic stop and alarm.
