Fonctionnement
Composite film unwinds from the master roll, slits into 3 parallel webs, then forms tubes around vertical forming collars. Vertical heat-seal jaws fuse the side seams; the bottom horizontal jaw seals the bag base. Powder is auger-dosed (servo-driven) into each tube; the top horizontal jaw simultaneously seals the top of the filled bag and the bottom of the next, then a knife separates the finished sachet. Bag length is set by film-feed servo travel; date/lot codes are applied by a ribbon coder. Discharged sachets travel down a conveyor for collection.
