Fonctionnement
Reciprocating piston compression with oil-free self-lubrication: the motor drives a crankshaft-connecting-rod mechanism to reciprocate the piston; air is drawn in through the intake valve reed and expelled at up to 0.7 MPa via the exhaust valve reed into the 30 L tank. Piston rings are made from a new environmentally friendly self-lubricating material, replacing traditional oil lubrication and eliminating oil-contamination of the air supply. Cylinder liner surface hardening improves wear resistance and accelerates heat transfer.

Daily: after stopping, gently push the drain pin on the oil-water separator to drain accumulated condensate. Periodically clean or replace the air intake filter cartridge; replace after first 500 hours, then every 1500 hours under normal conditions (shorten interval in dusty environments). Keep exterior clean and free of dust to ensure cooling.
