Fonctionnement
Bottles enter the inline conveyor (variable-frequency drive) and are detected by a Panasonic photoelectric sensor. The indexing system positions six bottles under the filling bridge; the servo lift dives the six 304 stainless-steel nozzles into the bottle necks. Six stepper-motor magnetic pumps deliver a programmed volume (50–1000 ml, ±1% accuracy) into each bottle. The lift retracts and bottles index out for downstream capping/labeling.
