Fonctionnement

Bottles travel on a 2 m conveyor into the filling station. Photoelectric sensor + fiber-optic probe identifies bottle position. Six servo gear-pump heads simultaneously draw liquid from the 100 L hopper via a 1.5 m suction line and fill each bottle by programmed time (accuracy 0.5–1%). Pneumatic cylinders control lift and bottle clamping; Siemens PLC + touchscreen provides unified control with a minimum fill interval of 0.2 s.
