Fonctionnement

Piston version: pneumatic cylinder reciprocates a piston that pulls product from the hopper into the cylinder bore on intake and pushes it out through the nozzle on discharge; a signal valve sets stroke length and therefore fill volume. Magnetic-pump version: motor speed and pump dwell time (programmable to 0.01 s) determine the dispensed volume; magnetic coupling means no shaft seal between motor and wetted pump head.
