Fonctionnement

Auto/manual bottle infeed -> recirculating water rinse (softens deposits) -> servo positioning locks bottles -> multi-stage high-pressure rinse -> steam sterilisation -> 100 C hot-air drying -> automatic transfer to filling line or manual unload. Detail: 1st row 6-station medium-pressure 40-60 C pure-water inner/outer rinse -> 2nd/3rd row 85 C high-pressure water-jet rinse (tens of kg/cm2 pressure) -> 4th row onward inverted-bottle 100 C hot strong-air drying; evaporator heat exchange + high-pressure fan recirculates tunnel heat; water film on bottle wall rapidly evaporates.
