Fonctionnement
Products are loaded into the elevator hopper. Multi-stage vibratory feeders progressively organize the bulk product into a continuous single-file stream along the vibrating trough and down to the discharge port, where items fall one by one into the counting zone. The counting zone uses the photoelectric effect — infrared dynamic-scanning sensors convert each falling item into a signal that feeds the high-speed MCU, which combines electronic and mechanical coordination to achieve accurate counting and dispensing.
