Fonctionnement
Bottles feed in → conveyor to screw bottle-separator → star wheel transfers at station pitch to container turntable → bottle-pressing mechanism + mold-seat clamps bottle → container rotates at set speed → Honeywell high-speed servo motor drives label film, photoelectric detection + high-speed cutter cuts one label → hot-melt glue (120–160 °C) applied to front and back label edges only → rotating container reaches labeling position, label adheres flat + tail tape seals edge → arc-brush pressure assembly presses label firm.
