Fonctionnement
Rubber stoppers enter automatically via a Phi65 mm feed port and undergo sequential processing in the 316L washing barrel: 1) Coarse washing (ultrasonic + central strong spray), 2) Rinsing, 3) Fine washing, 4) In-line sampling, 5) Pure steam sterilization at 133 deg C, 6) Siliconization treatment, 7) WFI flushing, 8) Vacuum + hot-air circulation drying (9 x 1.5 kW electric heating elements + American No.3 fan), 9) Pressure normalization, 10) Vacuum + fresh-air exchange cooling, 11) Elephant-nose discharge. The entire process is controlled by Siemens PLC with HMI monitoring of temperature/pressure. Class I pressure vessel design.
