Fonctionnement
For low-viscosity products: the pump self-primes directly from the source container. For high-viscosity products: material is gravity-fed from the 40 L hopper through the 316 stainless steel magnetic gear pump head (magnetic coupling — no mechanical seal, no leakage risk). A servo motor drives the gear pump to deliver precise set volumes. An anti-drip valve prevents post-fill dripping. PLC + touch screen control sets fill volume and speed.
