Fonctionnement

Ampoules are fed in groups of 6 via a stepping mechanism to 6 sequential stations. At the pre-nitrogen station, nitrogen purges the bottle interior. The filling station precisely delivers the liquid dose. The post-nitrogen station again purges the headspace above the liquid. At the preheating station, the oxyhydrogen flame preheats the ampoule neck. At the wire-drawing and sealing station, the oxyhydrogen flame heats the neck while a clamping mechanism draws and seals the glass tip.
