Fonctionnement
Products pass through the detection aperture on a conveyor. The system uses product-learn and effect-suppression functions to adapt to different products. When metal contamination is detected, the motorized electromagnetic reject flap automatically ejects the contaminated product. At set intervals the system triggers a metal test-ball performance check alarm to confirm equipment integrity.
