Fonctionnement
Granular material is conveyed by a vacuum feeder into the hopper and metered by the dosing system. Roll film passes the color-mark sensor and damping mechanism into the eight-lane ring-type vertical seal edge structure. Independent servo motors precisely position bag length (set via HMI digital input; changeover within 3 bags). After auto-controlled longitudinal sealing, the cross-seal embossing unit uses high-temperature silicone + gilding plate for back-seal heat bonding. A cutter then separates individual packets.
Processus de fonctionnement
