Fonctionnement
Powder is fed from the vacuum loader into the hopper; the screw dosing system meters and fills material into bags. Roll film passes through color-mark sensor and damping mechanism into the flat-collar forming unit (accommodates wider bag widths); servo motor accurately positions bag length (digital HMI entry, changeover within 3 bags); ring-type vertical seal edge structure completes longitudinal sealing; cross-seal embossing uses high-temperature silicone + gilding plate for clear texture and reliable sealing (auto temperature control ±3°C); cutter separates bags and conveyor delivers them.
