Fonctionnement
Film unwinds from the roll via color-mark sensor and damping mechanism (ensures straightness and film tension) into the eight-lane ring-type vertical seal edge unit; servo motor precisely positions bag length (digital entry on HMI, changeover within 3 bags); powder is metered and filled into each lane; cross-seal with high-temperature silicone + gilding-plate heat-seals the back-seal side; cutter separates individual sachets and a finished-product conveyor delivers them out.
