Fonctionnement
Film roll passes through color-mark sensor and damping mechanism into the ring-type vertical edge-sealing structure; servo film-feed system precisely positions bag length. Powder is vacuum-loaded then measured by the powder dosing system into each of the 5 bags. Horizontal seal uses high-temperature silicone + gilding plate (imprint board) for back-seal embossing with clearer pattern and better heat sealing. Finished pouches are cut and conveyed by the product outfeed conveyor. Auto temperature control on sealing molds (±3°C).
