Fonctionnement
Vertical form-fill-seal multi-lane (10 lanes): a single film roll is split into 10 lanes. Each lane is formed into a tube around a forming shoulder (CNC-machined German former for precision), longitudinally back-sealed, filled with metered powder, then cross-sealed and cut into individual sachets with rounded corners (via custom die). Servo drives control film-pull speed and position; a photoeye color-mark tracker ensures accurate cut registration. Independent PLC temperature control for each sealing zone adapts to different materials. Positioning stop function prevents blade sticking and film waste on shutdown.
