Fonctionnement
The paginator automatically separates individual sheets/cards/bags from a stack and feeds them onto the 300 mm wide suction belt conveyor. A detection sensor confirms product presence (no-product no-label logic). The Zebra ZT610 print engine prints variable data on the label roll in real time. The Delta servo-driven label dispenser peels the printed label and applies it to the flat surface of the product passing beneath the label head at 2,000–4,000 pcs/h. A Leuze photoelectric sensor verifies label application; if a label is missing or the roll breaks, the system alarms and stops.
