Fonctionnement
Boxes enter the bundler via the inline conveyor where photo-sensors (Leuze ×11) detect product position. ABB servo motors drive the strapping head to wrap PE film around each carton; an instant-heat seal head fuses the film overlap. The continuous-strap mechanism allows 35–50 cycles per minute. PLC + HMI manages timing, package size programming and fault handling. Companion modules (carton sealer, inkjet coder, cross-turn, large strapper) extend the line.
Processus de fonctionnement
