Fonctionnement

Premade stand-up pouches are stacked in the magazine; vacuum suction grippers pick a pouch, transfer to filling station, open the bag mouth (optionally via zipper opener), filler dispenses product, then heat-seal jaws close and seal the top. Optional bag-tapping, dust extraction, and grip sealer accessories add settling, dust control, and dust-resistant sealing. PLC + touchscreen controls timing and bag-handling sequence.
