Fonctionnement

Ampoules feed from hopper into V-grooves of the transport chain via a slotted wheel and indexing mechanism. Two reciprocating silk-screen heads print four ampoules per swing cycle while a bottle-holding cam lifts each ampoule into screen contact for rolling print. A U-type single-chain conveyor carries printed ampoules through the electric heating oven where temperature controllers (50-1200°C range) maintain 500-600°C to fire the glaze permanently to the glass. An inspection/packing table receives cooled ampoules for manual inspection.
