Fonctionnement
Hydraulic gear pump (32CY14-1) supplies pressure oil through combination valves and solenoid directional valves to the slide cylinders (max 20 MPa). The two-axis CNC (SNC-52 / TP10S) controls slide depth (Y-axis) and servo-driven rear back gauge (X-axis). The operator inputs the bend angle via touchscreen; the controller computes the Y-axis stroke and synchronizes X-axis positioning. Hydraulic transmission delivers controlled bending speed with hydraulic return.
