Fonctionnement

Air is evacuated from inside the bag (typically 20–30 s vacuum cycle to 0.06–0.08 MPa gauge), then heat seal bars (~2 s) close the bag opening; cooling time ~3 s. The resulting vacuum prevents oxidation, moisture, rust, corrosion, insect infestation and contamination, extending shelf life.

Nettoyage et entretien

Stainless steel flat worktable allows easy removal of liquid or debris. Check heating wire and heating tape regularly: ensure wire holder moves freely; replace wrinkled or damaged heating tape promptly. Replace HF-6 vacuum oil after 800 hours of machine use and maintain correct oil level.
