Fonctionnement
Softgels enter the double-deck tumbler (Φ610 × 960 mm each). The tumbler rotates at 18 rpm (variable-frequency adjustable). The blower generates 3,000 m³/h of airflow; the side-cut air supply system delivers it uniformly over the load, accelerating moisture evaporation. In forward rotation, softgels tumble continuously within the section for drying. In reverse rotation, spiral guides transfer softgels to the next section or discharge outlet.
