Fonctionnement

The machine operates in a multi-station intermittent (indexing) cycle driven by an interval gear box (Zhejiang Zhongli ZB-12A 125#). 1) Paper delivery: wall-paper blanks are fed sequentially. 2) Side sealing: blank is wound into a cup tube and heat-sealed at the seam. 3) Bottom punching: bottom disc is punched and folded. 4) Heating: heating collars bond the PE layer of the bottom disc. 5) Annular knurling: knurling wheels press a bottom rib for rigidity. 6) Edge curling: curling rollers fold the cup rim outward. 7) Discharge: finished cups are ejected. All stations operate synchronously per indexing cycle.
