Fonctionnement

Syringes are positioned and conveyed by the star-wheel rotary indexing mechanism (with twist rod that rotates the syringe during labeling). A photoelectric sensor detects product arrival. The TTO printer prints batch number/production date onto the label. A servo motor drives the label-unwinding mechanism to synchronously dispense the label. The label is peeled and applied to the syringe side surface. A pressing component ensures flat, secure adhesion.
