Four-column hydraulic press. Lower cylinder large adjusting nut controls feed depth; upper cylinder adjusting nut controls compression tightness. System pressure is adjustable via electromagnetic relief valve (up to 22 MPa). Computer-controlled electrical system with both auto and manual modes; supports multi-cavity die pressing and pressure holding. Main oil cylinder and ejection cylinder cooperate to form and eject tablets.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer and inner surfaces with clean wet towel; clean hopper with clean towel followed by 75% industrial alcohol wipe-down for sterilization. Post-shift: wipe whole machine inside and out, then clean hopper with wet towel and 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect worm, worm gear, bearings and movable parts. After long shutdown: wipe entire body, apply rust-proof oil to machined surfaces, cover with cloth canopy.
