Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed by the conveyor belt; the vibratory bowl automatically sorts and feeds caps to the cap-placement position, where a cap is placed onto the bottle mouth. The stepper motor bottle-clamp system accurately positions each bottle. The crawler-type capping mechanism is located beneath the conveyor belt; running synchronously with the belt and gradually tilting downward, it applies pressure via cap-pressing chain plates to complete capping. The machine runs synchronously with the filling line — no bottle-toppling, no missed caps.
Processus de fonctionnement
