Jars are conveyed by the belt (speed 10.4 m/min) to the capping station; the cap sorter automatically organises the caps, and the cap-dispensing device places a cap onto the jar mouth; the capping mechanism presses the cap via pneumatic components; photoelectric and proximity sensors detect jar position and cap presence.
