Fonctionnement
Material is conveyed via the feed system to the push station. Cartons are suction-opened from the magazine and expanded; the carton chain conveys cartons to the push station. The push rod inserts material into the carton; the carton moves rearward for end-flap tuck-in or hot melt glue sealing. Equipment supports: auto / manual jog / multi-point emergency stop. Interlocks: carton level detection, carton opening detection, product-present detection — no product = no carton suction; no carton = material feed suspended.
