Fonctionnement
Material loaded on 40 rotating PP trays inside a SUS304 vacuum chamber is exposed to a 2450 MHz microwave electromagnetic field generated by 60 × 1.05 kW water-cooled industrial magnetrons. Polar molecules in the material align and oscillate with the alternating field, generating internal heat by molecular friction; under vacuum, moisture evaporates at low temperature, achieving rapid and uniform drying. The rotary tray transmission system ensures drying uniformity. A water-ring vacuum pump maintains the low-pressure environment.
