Fonctionnement

Wet granules are fed onto a rotating centrifugal disc inside the SUS316L pot body. The high-pressure blower creates an annular air cushion in the gap; wet granules are simultaneously subjected to centrifugal force (from the rotating disc), gravitational force, and air-buoyancy force in the annular gap, causing them to move in a rope-ring pattern that continuously rounds them into highly spherical pellets. Once the target sphericity is reached, the pneumatic cylinder opens the discharge outlet.
