Fonctionnement
Cartons are pulled from the magazine by Korea VF-30 vacuum suction cups (with SMC ABM20-C vacuum generator), erected, and presented top-up. Product is delivered through one of multiple installable filling stations (rotary volumetric cup filler or customer-specified auto feeder). The Omron CP1E-N30DT-D PLC sequences the erect → fill → fold/glue → seal → discharge cycle. An Omron NB7W-TW00B touchscreen provides HMI control. An Omron 3G3JZ-A4015 inverter controls the main drive motor. SICK sensors monitor carton position; Schneider buttons and contactors manage power. Defective cartons are rejected automatically.
