Fonctionnement
Bottles are loaded into the 43 L hopper in random orientation. A high-speed centrifugal rotating disc (flower tray) sorts and feeds them tail-first out of the disc. As bottles travel through the multi-stage belt mechanism, an overturning plate flips any bottle that arrives mouth-down so all bottles exit mouth-up and upright. The main drive is enclosed inside the cabinet to prevent contamination. A variable-frequency drive (inverter) controls the disc speed, allowing output to be adjusted freely within the design range.

Pre-production cleaning: wipe all surfaces in contact with bottles with a clean damp cloth. Post-shift cleaning: power off the machine, clean the hopper and disc surface thoroughly to remove any bottle residue or debris. Lubricate the rotating disc bearings per maintenance schedule.
