Fonctionnement

Empty tubes are loaded from the magazine and presented to a high-precision optical color-mark alignment station. An optional inert-gas (nitrogen) purge can be applied to the tube interior. The dosing system (selectable 3–30 / 5–75 / 30–150 ml) then fills the tube; the tail is mechanically sealed and batch-coded before the finished tube is automatically discharged. A PLC controller sequences all steps.
